More and more, we are realizing that the days of relying on a doctor for our health are long gone. Now, it’s all about taking care of our own wholistic wellness; and that’s awesome because it means we are in control.


When we talk about wholistic wellness (also known as holistic wellness), we’re referring to our health in terms of the “whole self,” which includes the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects.


And the reason that is important is because the mind, body, and spirit are all interconnected. The stress you feel in your mind will affect you physically and spiritually as well. An aching back has an emotional component to it, and a spiritual setback can manifest as physical and mental disruptions as well.
