
This course is for two types of people:
- Those who have trouble meditating or can’t imagine doing it because they can’t sit still and quiet their mind
- Those who are avid meditators but they find themselves getting a little bored, and they are looking for some new meditation ideas.
Each simple exercise gives you something to focus on during your meditation time so that you aren’t sitting there trying to turn your mind off or feeling like you are wasting time.
No guided meditations are necessary when you use these exercises, and they can be done in any place and for any length of time.
